Mine came with 32-bit OS not 64-bit

Pros: Cheap compared to buying a new OS.

Cons: Came with 32-bit OS. Core 2 Duo is 64-bit architecture. There are 4 slots to fill with memory. Memory from Crucial costs $96 including Tax for 2x 4GB cl 9 # CT5651421. Hard to find old Hynix DDR3 1060 CL 7 memory. There is this part # CT51264BA1339 from crucial but but I am leery of if it will work, will read the numbers on the memory when they come in and see what they are marked.

Other Thoughts: This has no HDMI out.
Wattage on the processor I think is 31 watts.
Nic card is good for 1000mbps if the one spec is correct.
DVD read only.
Sound is minimal. If there is vibration sounds lift the case lid off and bend down the middle a bit and click closed or put a monitor on top.
If you drop in a 7200 hard drive expect to get some vibration noise from the spin. Head noise is faintly audible depending on the drive heads manufacturer.

No recover

Pros: Low price, works. With the end of XP, this fit the need. Something simple for checking email, surfing the web.

Cons: Did not come with any recover disc or partition.
I suggest ghosting the drive or having access to a windows 7 disc in case of failure. EVERY COMPUTER SHOULD COME WITH A RECOVER DISC. THE DISC COST LESS THAN A DOLLAR.

Other Thoughts: What I received was in great shape, clean inside, case in excellent shape. It used to have vista, but now has windows 7 with new coa sticker.

Nice System

Pros: Small, quiet, lots of USB ports, VGA and Display Port outputs, no bloatware, very solid little case.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Mine looks almost new with just a few light scratches and it's extremely clean. I've bought other refurb PCs that were dusty, dirty with little sign of "refurbishment". This one looks brand new inside, not a spec of dust anywhere. The Windows 7 install is very clean - no bloatware, antivirus trail versions, etc. Mine came with Win7 32 bit installed. No disks but there is a recovery partition.

not a review just a question.

Pros: newegg rocks....

Cons: good brand name/price.

Other Thoughts: my question is and i assume the answer is yes, if the mother board is capble of expanding the RAM to4 or even 8 GIG....
