This review is from: GIGABYTE GeForce 8500 GT 256MB GDDR2 PCI Express x16 SLI Support Video Card GV-NX85T256H
Pros:
HDCP compliant, WONDERFUL h264 decoding with Vista, pretty much everything you could want. Silent is incredible for HTPC's.
Cons:
(A minor complaint)I'm not a fan of nVidia's driver software. I prefer ATI's catalyst control center. Still workable though. Just a tad less user friendly.
Watch the spacing with the heatsink. It's difficult to install a card next to the slot that this is in (despite the fact that it's a single slot solution). I have to wedge a piece of plastic inbetween my two cards to prevent them from touching.
Overall Review:
This is pretty much the perfect video card for a Media Center PC.
