This card is simply amazing. I'd been running an old Radeon 9800 Pro since that card was new so this is quite an upgrade for me. So far, I haven't been able to find a game that can get this card to run at less than 55 fps at full graphics. Neverwinter Nights 2, Mass Effect, and Medieval II Total War run flawlessly. I haven't had a chance to try out Crysis yet, but I hope to soon.
It runs a bit warm, but it's not too bad.
Quite honestly, this card is the best buy on the market now. It runs any game at highest graphics without a hiccup, it runs very quiet, and the price is unbeatable. My current setup is: Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, 4gigs G-Skill DDR2 667, Intel DP35DM Mobo, Antec Phantom 500W psu, 120 and 250GB Seagate Barracuda HDD 7200RPM, HP Sata 20X DVD Burner, and a generic Thermaltake Case running Windows Vista Ultimate x86 SP1
