Bad Customer Service/Support 01/15/2009
Cheap, fast, and easy to setup.
WRT150N do not work well with P2P applications, and anything which require high volume of port connections: the router locks up (crashes) every few hour and require power unplugging to restore its functionality.
Other people on the Internet in general confirm this problem, which seem to be in the hardware because I already updated the firmware and played with settings.
I'd give the router 4 stars, but the Linksys customer support is very bad:
The router is on the warranty. I called Linksys to solve the problem. They could not. They told me second level tech support can solve it, but it's not free.
In summary they wanted me to pay them for a slim chance to solve the problem caused by their defective design of the router, while it is on the warranty!
