This is the S-Flex version you want for quiet!! 01/23/2009
This review is from: Scythe S-FLEX SFF21E 120mm Case Fan
Near Silent with just a hint of "whoosh" coming from the air flow. No buzz or vibration from the bearing at all.
Included 3pin to Molex converter.
Solid build quality.
Cables aren't covered, which isn't a big deal, but these things are $15 a pop. So be prepared to do some twisting.
$$ for a fan
I just got my new Cooler Master ATCS 840, and bought some S-Flex fans. I got both the E and F version. The F is way too loud with a definite hum/buzz noise. The Es were great with only that slight "whoosh" of air. No noise whatsoever from the fan. Air Flow was still good with the Es, so unless you are going for monster OCs in a cramped case, I'd go with the E Version.
