Some manufacturers place restrictions on how details of their products may be communicated.
-Airflow in this case is ridiculous.
-Some knock the evil/industrial look, personally I think it looks great
-Cable management was made much easier by the case design.
-If the 3.5'' drive bays aren't sufficient for you, Coolermaster makes a cheap 5'' bad drive attachment that looks sharp with this case (blue LEDs, but the color scheme was already broken by the activity lights).
-Your components are very exposed. The case is more or less one big grill, the top is almost entirely open and a careless friend or child with a drink could easily spill something or drop something into your case.
-Noise levels are more noticeable than my last case, but not bad at all considering what I am gaining in terms of cooling power.
-Front 240mm fan has red LEDs, hd/power lights are blue.
-HD Activity/power LEDs on the front may as well be laser pointers. I didn't think I would do it, but I put three layers of painters tape over them so that they were less intense.
-5'' drive bay will require the screws to be secure, the method they've provided for easy docking simply isn't enough.
If you are looking for a sharp case with powerful lungs and plenty of room for cable management to get your rig looking sharp.. then I think this is the case for you. None of the cons I listed are serious impediments.
