Too bad I can't cool a 6 pack with it 11/15/2009
This review is from: ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro - Compact Multi-Compatible Tower CPU Cooler | 92 mm PWM Fan | for AMD AM4 and Intel 115x CPU | Recommended up to 115 W TDP
Pros:
Well, it helps the CPU in bearing it's loads that's for sure. I haven't even began trying to OC as of yet, typical idle temp seems to be 38C (quad core temps 33, 39, 32, 39) and during load I reach around 42-45C. I work with large sound libraries like EWQL and audio creation.
Cons:
The clips to install this bad boy are a bit annoying, and kind of flimsy. You must, I repeat, MUST becareful upon the insertion of the white pegs and pushing in the black pegs to create the lock on the mobo. I did break one, but honestly was probably my fault as there seemed to be one corner that was harder than the others. Just becarfeful and you should be fine.
