Cheap, Small, Fairly Quiet 12/08/2009
Low cost. Efficient. Quiet. Slightly smaller than most other supplies, but still 80+ certification. 396W on the +12V rail. Packaging is simple and efficient. Non-gloss cardboard F.T.W.
+12V is a bit high (12.5V), but this falls within the +-5% standard, so I won't worry about it too much.
Not modular, but modularity would add to both the cost and size, so not really a con.
Newegg took a little longer than usual shipping this to me, but when longer than usual is less than a week until it is in my hands I cannot complain. Some of my other orders have been a one or two day wait, though.
Bought this because it was <150mm deep and I needed a small(ish) ATX power supply.
Unplugged all other fans i the case to listen to it. Definitely audible from 1m in fairly quiet room, but it is all low-frequency air-turbulence.
Those talking about the 4 rail model are mistaken. There is a separate model still for sale on Newegg (Item#:N82E16817182160). Their reviews do not apply to this item, and this is not a new revision of the same device.
