2x with SLI Fly ! 02/19/2010
Simply the fastest card (set) today, if you want 3D and superior drivers.
ATI can shove more bits through, but I have changed to 2 of the EVGA 295s for 3D and consistently huge performance. Better drivers and frequent updates compared to ATI.
You get what you pay for! No whining about price!
If you think performance might matter to you, then you have to get this card.
Yes, it's hot. Oddly enough, two are twice as hot. I use the DD waterblocks and have a 24/7 overclock of 750Mhz and 1150Mhz.
You should really consider moving to watercooling if you aren't there yet.
Only 1: Hard to find. I keep Newegg.com up and hit F5 every 20 minutes waiting for 1, then another.
It *is* worth the wait for EVGA products.
Also, do not accept a 2 PCB version, the first gen; of any make.
EVGA has the best warranty and support. I have not found anyone else who will honor the warranty if you put a waterblock on it, EVGA does!
Then you have the 90 step-up program....so maybe consider waiting until Fermi is imminent.

2x 295s @ 750/1150Mhz.
Windows 7 64.
Consider getting the Zalman power meter. It is very handy to see the wattage you are pumping with various tests.
