Documentation! The manual is near useless. For a DIY box, the manufacturer leaves a lot up to the consumer to figure out. I feel bad for the Zotac's live techs. I was hoping to find more information on their website or on the CD that shipped with the unit. The manual, as useless as it is, is missing from the CD entirely.
The product is sold with both AMI and Award BIOS. I got AMI; how unlucky am I? Both BIOS use the "Delete" key during POST, when the computer is first powered up, to enter the BIOS settings. The max "tested" RAM is 2Gb, found that out the hard way, as the RAM I purchased for this unit, 4Gb, would not boot. Luckily, I had some spare modules. The wireless adapter, made by AzureWave, is not certified by the Wi-Fi alliance, but claims compliance to 802.11n Draft 2.0. It works well enough. I am not sure if it is a card or a chip, as it is on the other side of the motherboard. One cannot remove the motherboard from the case, without voiding the warranty.
