Swivel touchscreen is nice.
Packaged nicely, has a cloth bag that make sit easy to de-box.
Printer heads dry out
Uses proprietary (and EXPENSIVE) HP ink
Wireless connectivity is at best pathetic
Big, a bit larger than typical footprint
Ink that comes with it is "sample ink" not full cartridges
I bought one of these for a decent price at a big box store. Unboxed easily, I set it up and tested it out. First problem was I could not connect via wireless, despite the WAP being 1' away from the printer. It sometimes found it, but would refuse to connect. Seems on the HP forums many others have the same problem. I ended up using a USB cable. The bigger problem is with the print heads. After use they either fail to park correctly or if they do they are exposed to air and dry out, and attempting print jobs The longer between print jobs the worse it is. I even went and bought new cartridges (reallly expensive btw) to see if they were the problem - didn't help. Took it back to the bog box to get a refund.
