Pros:
Everything you need to mount any projector to the ceiling.
You can hide cables by routing them through the cut-out and up through the optional extension (sold separately) OR do what i did for my install on a drop tile ceiling and run it up through the ceiling plate: peerless- cmj500r1
Cons:
Takes a bit of tinkering to set up, but hey, what doesn't?
