I don't know why people keep posting reviews about how the 100 MHz difference between this and the 2600 isn't worth the extra money. I can read specs too, so if I see it's $50 more bucks for 100 MHz and choose to spend the money, good! However, the main reason I bought this instead of the 2600 is because of QC. From the research I've done, I've found that the 2700 is the 2600 with a little overclock (common sense I know). However, I spent the extra money when I found out that Intel cherry picks the highest quality 2600's to create the 2700's. So in the end, you're paying more for the best 2600's with 100MHz boost.
