Overall Review:
I tried the 7970, got horrible stuttering, artifacting, game freezes, black screens. RMA city.
In Witcher 2 the 7970 would drop to 10 FPS in cutscenes, would not do Ultra settings at all.
The Classified Ultra (in 2x SLI), although slightly less powerful, will do Witcher 2 in Ultra WITH UBER SAMPLING ON, and get 40 FPS, which is totally amazing. I mean, they don't even test cards at the review sites with Uber sampling on.
The drivers have had the time to be developed, that makes the whole difference. Yes the GTX 580 is a year old, but it takes a year to work out the bugs.
The 7970 is not yet ready for market, in my opinion. Get these!
