Worried About USB 2.0 Crashes. 08/12/2012
This review is from: GIGABYTE GA-P67X-UD3-B3 LGA 1155 Intel P67 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard
Many Features, multitude of I/O, SATA 6Gbps, 2PCI slots.
Worried about USB 2.0 crashes. Seems to only happen when using long USB cables. Long regular cable will not work reliably. Long cable with repeater works 99% of time, but does crash once in a while. USB 3.0 works great since I upgraded to Etron Bios 112 which I found on a French website.
If anyone finds a fix, bios patch, driver, etc. to the USB 2.0 instability, please post a review here to let the rest of us know.
