This review is from: Samsung UN32EH5000 32" Class 1080p 60Hz LED HDTV
Pros:
Color and contrast is great. Sharpness and color bleed are decent.
Onboard speakers are actually not terrible.
Cons:
Overall a cheap and poorly engineered setup. As others have said, there is minimal connectivity and what really ground my gears was the HDMI ports are on the side. So instead of a stealthily hidden cord comming out the back I have an eye sore jutting out from the side. I can understand side ports for wall mounting but why not one on the side and one on the back? That would make too much sense I guess.
The base is also another engineering fail. You need an extra long screw driver to screw the base to the TV connector. My other Samsung TVs had a modular base that doesn't need any tools to assembly.
I also hate the rectangular base. Again, my other models have round bases which look infinite times better.
Also the remote also controls my Samsung computer monitors....
It's also surprisingly thick (i mean like... 5cm or so) when my other Samsung LED TV is like 1 or 2cm thick.
Overall Review:
Overall if I sit back and think about it this is a fine TV because the picture is great and that's what a TV is.
There are just a lot of things that make me wonder if Samsung engineering quality is slipping. Seriously: why would you put both ports on the side?
It's a fine TV and all the cons I have listen here are pretty superfluous so... if I would have paid more for this TV I would have been mad but it was on the cheap so it's fine.
