The box is very attracting, but it's a trap. Gold caps, more cool air.
Lots of CONS:
The box specifically says SATA 3.0gb/s.
BSOD first run.
Underclocked ram: 1600mhz to 1333mhz.
Board feels flimsy.
After opening the box I see many white spots on the back of the board and a tiny scratch.
5 Voltage regulators while every FM2 motherboards have 8-10 regulators.
FM2 socket was loose, I mean LOOSE.
It bent several of my a10 5800k pins but I managed to fix it.
I suggest staying away from this motherboard. This my first experience using an ESC motherboard. I REALLY regret buying this motherboard from an upgrade MSI a75ma-E35. Do yourself a favor and get the MSI FM2-A85XA-G65 or other FM2 motherboards.
We are sorry to hear about the issues and concerns you have had with your motherboard.
The box does mention SATA 3.0 but this is in reference to the SATA revision not the transfer speed. We apologize for the confusion it caused. Unfortunatley BSODs can also be caused by physical hardware faults, such as faulty RAM memory or power supplies, overheating of components, or hardware which is run beyond its specification limits. Without specific information it can be hard to determine. Some memory will underclock to improve compatibilty. Normally the memory frequency can be adjusted in the CMOS setup.
