Long-term ownership review 06/11/2013
This review is from: Cyborg CCB437080002/04/1 Black USB Wired Laser 6400 dpi R.A.T. 7 Gaming Mouse
2. Wired (no batteries to replace)
3. Nice and long cable
4. Cloth cable better on wear and tear
1. Glitchy drivers?
All my mice work fine on my PC, this one does not work right away when plugged in. On windows, it takes a few seconds for the sensor to start working. On linux, it takes like up to 30 minutes! for the sensor to finally start working (buttons work fine, but not the sensor). This makes the mouse useless for me on linux because I have to plug in another mouse every time I reboot.
2. Bad quality control?
When I got it, I was surprised that the angle at which the sensor is positioned is not 100% the same as the bottom surface of the mouse.
3. Weird feel.
I had to adjust to the way this mouse works, I can't quite put my finger on it, but there is something wrong about using this mouse for gaming, it feels like something is interfering when I play. Maybe bugs in drivers?
Probably should have posted this earlier
