Pros:
Very nice. Love the Intel interface and the simple firmware updating.
Cons:
Plastic ring on top of the SSD. It's fine if you use the included mount, but not so good if you put this in a dual bay SSD mount. Voided the warranty to take off the plastic ring and shave down the screws and re-attach the plate. This is not Intel's fault as the SSD is great. I just wish they had it included as some sort of clip on/off option.
