I'm writing a review just to comment on the one review these devices have. They pobably "just work" no matter what the chipset. Their site says they're compatible with:
Microsoft Windows 8/7/Vista/XP
Mac OS X 10.8/10.7/10.6/10.5
Linux Kernel 3.x / 2.6.x
Available USB port (USB 2.0 or 3.0)
Furthermore they have products galore for Mac and if they're Mac compatible they're surely Windows compatible. As for Linux, Linux probably uses a generic enough driver for it to perform.
I don't own the product, just giving balance to another reviewer who's speculating on whether they work or not because no chipset is listed. I bet if you dig hard enough online you'd be able to find out OR call or email their tech support.
