Touch input not always detected 08/16/2013
This review is from: Zalman VE400 Aluminum alloy, Acryl, Poly Carbonate (PC) 2.5" Black / Silver SATA I/II USB1.1 Max. 12Mbps USB2.0 Max. 480Mbps USB3.0 Max. 5Gbps 2.5" HDD Enclosure with Built in Virtual Drive and 9 Digit Keypad Security Feature.
Virtual ODD is an amazing feature! It makes working on client's computers a lot easier.
Sleek & sturdy case that grows on you (even though a lot of people think it's a calculator when they see it!)
When i go to select a ISO, my touch is not always detected on the screen. Over the short time i've had this device (around 2 weeks) It's gotten to the point where it took me around 15 minutes today trying to load up an ISO for a client. (i only have 5 ISO's on this disk, total.)
I've updated the firmware on this device as well. no change.
I really like this device, and i hope that the only reason i'm having these issues is because of a defect, and not an overall issue with this product
Also: I was expecting 2-day delivery, got everything i ordered next day. Newegg, you rock!
