Bought this for my sister and helped her configure it so these are the things she said, "I like the back-lit keyboard and battery life (Sony seems to do it right). The keyboard feels good too almost like a smooth chick-let keyboard. The 10 key is a huge plus."
Touchscreen broken the day I got it, called Sony tech support, couldn't fix with a simple driver or even a factory restore, so ended up having to ship it back to Sony in Texas to have it manually repaired (7-10 business days out of a laptop)
I've been pleased with Sony products in the past, but somehow this one was a dud, and not sure how it got past their quality assurance considering the touchscreen wasn't working the day I got it and couldn't be repaired with a driver etc. I even asked for a loaner laptop in the meantime to continue working, but apparently Sony stopped doing that some time ago so be aware if you get a dud, you'll be out for a week or more depending on the issue. Tech support was very helpful and friendly.
