What can I say? This card is amazing! I can run all games at max settings, full HD, at 30+ FPS at minimum. Most games get Around 50 - 60+ FPS at max settings. I played battlefield 4 four hours non stop today at max and the highest temperature it reached was 79C. And my room happens to directly face the sun all afternoon, so my room was hot to begin with. Anyways, if you're looking for a cheap card, ( and currently it comes with free games too! ) get this. You will not be disappointed. It is a huge deal better than the 7850 and 7870. Spend the extra $30 or $40 and get this card.
The fan can be loud running at 100% but the Afterburner program allows you to easily tweak the fan speed. ( I'd recommend a fan speed below 70%. Anything after that, it gets pretty loud. ) I don't notice this at all really though, as I use headphones and that completely drowns out my fan speed.
Afterburner program is extremely helpful, allows you to easily modify how your card is running. You can overclock your core clock, memory clock, and fan speed with just move of a few sliders. Very very simply. I don't even find the need to overclock at all. You may need to for screens with higher resolutions than 1920 x 1080, but for my needs, it runs everything beautifully as is.
