Pros:
Excellent features easy to use better and faster if it had keyboard remote. haven't had a chance to check the 3D. the PC looks bright and clear. excellent picture when viewing from a digital source. netflix did require updating the software before it worked. that's normal since netflix has made some software changes.
Cons:
first one arrived and most functions not working and remote control also didn't work. however, customer service was responsive and arranged for FedEx pickup the next day. new one arrived and features worked as advertised,
Overall Review:
when ordering online, there's always a chance that the product can arrive damaged or just not working. it's the customer service recovery that makes a difference.
