not reliable 11/27/2013
pretty. when it works it is fast.
The router likes to randomly prevent your computer from accessing the internet. It still has signal, but can't do anything. Luckily it is dual band and you can switch to the other network until that one goes out and then switch back. Very annoying, but works. Or, you can restart the router. But, not the reason I paid for a new router. I would have loved for it to work. But I couldn't deal with it anymore.
Make it more reliable and I will consider this company in the future.
Thank you for taking the time to check out our Router. We appreciate your review.
This is an odd issue that you are running into and it is interesting that only one band can get an Internet connection.
One thing that may help is to change the Wireless width to 20 MHz. This can help narrow down the frequency and prevent other things like noise and interference.
If you haven't already, then you may find it helpful to reflash or upgrade the firmware to a new publishing date.
