you can see your data- just can't access it
This is my second one. First one was super slow and gradually stopped working, feature by feature. I could see all my shares, folders, and data, but couldn't access it.
So I took it back to the store.
Second one seemed faster, more responsive. Until all of my data was on it and I couldn't access it anymore.
I called support 5 times. Never talked to anyone. System hung up on me after on hold 4 of those times. The other time I called the number included on the card I found in the box. The number listed was for 'concierge service' It sounded promising so I called it. It was a Spanish only line. The card was in English, only had one number on it.
I've wasted enough time on this. I'm done with it.

As a troubleshooting step, you may also try connecting the My Cloud directly to your PC to verify if you can access your files, this would rule out any possible problems that might be happening with your router.
