Conquered a 6 hour BURN-IN w/ Furmark 01/18/2014
This review is from: MSI R9 270 GAMING 2GB 256-Bit GDDR5 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card
I might not have had this card for long, but it's fairly quiet while idle (at 20-40% fan speed). I ran a 6 hour burn-in test (21600000ms) and the card hardly broke a sweat. It started out at around 57*F and after six hours of MXAA max burn out settings, the frames never dipped below 20FPS and the temp hit 143*F and stayed there the rest of the test. This thing is a fighter. Crysis 3 gets 38-42 FPS constant. BEAST.
It's huge. Like, Terran Battle Cruiser huge. Half the size of a 360 Slim. Not much more than that, but what do you expect from a darn good card?!?
MOAR! Going to upgrade to a Tri-Fire system next year. Will be getting more of these or their sister products at that point.
