I bought the GeForce GTX 660 as a temp card until I buy a 780 Ti, but when I installed it and loaded up Skyrim, not only did it detect 2560x1440 resolution, it ran everything at Ultra settings at about 45 to 55 FPS!! My Radeon HD 6990 cant even push 30 FPS at those settings and cant even detect 2560x1440 res!!

Its QUIET, compared to my Radeon which sounds like a wind tunnel most times. It handles multiple tasks at the same time without driver crashes or blue screen crashes due to driver errors, ATI drivers!! >:(
So now, no problems when playing WoW on my main monitor and watching Sherlock on my second monitor :D

For the price, its way worth it, one card will get you average to high performance on most games, i tested;

World of Warcraft at 45 - 60fps at 1920x1200 Ultra
Bioshock Infinite at 50fps at 1920x1080 Ultra
Crysis 3 at 35 - 45fps at 1920x1200 Ultra
Skyrim at 45 - 55fps at 2560x1440 Ultra
Scribblenauts Unlimited at 60+ 2560X1440 Max settings
Battlefield 4 at 30 - 40fps at 1920x1200 Ultra

So these were few of the games I ran over and over, and the framerate is satisfactory. Then, I bought a second one and wholey #$^%! what a difference! 60FPS across the board! All at their same resolutions tested before.

Man, forget the 780Ti, this is gonna last me a while, and under $400 for SLI, its absolutely worth it.

No 3-Way SLI support :(

Other Thoughts:

This card is purely for gaming and not for 3D rendering, thats why I keep my Radeon because at least it can handle that part when I model and animate in 3D Studio MAX.

I highly recommend SLI setup if your system supports it. If you get one card, i suggest upgrading it to 660 Ti, its usually an extra $50, but you cant beat the price.
