This review is from: AMD A4-5300 - A-Series APU Trinity Dual-Core 3.4GHz (3.6GHz Turbo) Socket FM2 65W AMD Radeon HD 7480D Desktop APU (CPU + GPU) with DirectX 11 Graphic - AD5300OKHJBOX
Pros:
Has video built in, ez to install, hs and fan are adequate, Reasonable price.
Cons:
Not a con exactly, I bought this to up grade my son's older Intel E8800 system: 2.66 GHz, 4 gigs ddr2 800 ram, 5450 cedar 512 video Win 7 I built new with 8 gigd 10700 ram.
Performance results: E8800 6.6 A4-5300 6.2
Ram 5.5 7.2
I was disappointed that this cpu is slower that a 6yr old 2.66Ghz chip with ddr2 ram!! graphics were better, but what a waste
Overall Review:
My older regor 250 scores a 6.6 at 3 ghz!!
I suggest getting a higher model. maybe it will equal older tech. btw my Denab quad at 2.7 ghz scores a 7.3and that is older tech as well
