Plays most games on "decent" settings, even at 1920x1080. Guild Wars 2 is probably my most demanding game, and most settings are on "High" with this card and an i5-3570K (some higher like character texture quality, but no AA). Low power use; the above system draws 128W from its UPS while gaming. Fits in a low-profile case.
In a small case with poor airflow, the fan does get audible, but that's probably the fault of the case, so no -egg. I didn't buy this to play FPS titles on UltraMaxOhWOW settings, so no eggs off there either.
I try to be a "voice of Reason" in my recommendations, and this card well-illustrates that you don't "have to have" a $300 card (and a monster PSU) to enjoy almost any game. While I probably wouldn't want much less than this, I'm not "suffering" in the games I play.
