Overall Review:

I was previously running a 780 Ti SLI setup. My 780 Ti's were overclocked nicely and performed well. However, I was noticing issues in some games because of the 3GB VRAM cap. I use a 144hz monitor and like to be able to get high framerates and smooth gameplay while I am gaming. Since the 780 Ti setup wasn't really cutting it for me anymore I decided to pick up one of these Titan X for the massive amount of VRAM it was boasting and to see what kind of performance I could get out of it.

Titan X installed 780 Ti SLI setup put to the pasture:
This card is amazing!! I was not expecting to get the kind of performance I am getting out of this thing. Stock BIOS with Stock FHS I easily OC'd to hit 1450MHZ on the core. Temps aren't bad at all. Ambient room temps are between 68F and 70F my card never went over 60C with an aggressive Fan Profile.

On top of that. I am seeing performance from this SINGLE Titan X that is on par with my 780 Ti SLI OC'd setup. To me, that is amazing. I no longer suffer from lack of VRAM either, so gone are the days of high framerates with intermittent stutter from hitting the 3GB VRAM ceiling. In GTA V I'm seeing my VRAM usage go over 4GB at 2560x1440. So this thing is already doing it's job. And doing it well. I'm also not seeing minimum framerate as low as what I would sometimes see with my 780 Ti's.

Definitely worth the upgrade!!
