Slow Ship, Wrong item! 12/28/2016 4:01:31 PM
I expected shipping to be a little slow around Christmas but if you advertise an item then you need to have the item in stock. I ordered a Syma X9 Car/Drone. I received a Discovery HD Drone. I wanted the car drone for a child that was really anticipating it. The only reason I gave them 2 eggs is because they did send an item that was actually of greater value than what I ordered, so I am keeping it for my use. But I had to order another Car/Drone from another site and my Nephew will have to wait until almost New Years to play with it.

Wrong item packed 7/6/2016 3:29:03 PM
I ordered a wall outlet surge protector and received a iPhone black USB data cable yet the packing slip which was neatly folded in fourths so this could be clearly seen "Tenergy 3 AC Outlet Wall Mount" How on earth this equates to a tiny USB cable is beyond me. My thought is the packer cannot read english. The time involved for such a stupid mistake was NOT worth the $12.99 cost of the missing product when I had to deal with RMA and such so I finally after contacting NewEgg twice by phone a full refund and a extra credit and was able to toss the cable in the garbage. I will never purchase items from properdirect. I would have been far ahead going to the local hardware store and paying the sales tax and a couple extra dollars plus a little time and gas.

I order 3 items from them, first I received 2 item and had to get in touch with to find out where the 3rd item was after waiting another week I received the 3rd item but it was not what I ordered. Now they want me to send them pictures of what they send. they should know what they send by part number. This has been going on for over a month and they will again send it ground taking another week to get it. Bad company to do business with, never again for me

Takes forever to ship out... Slow shipping. Customer service never responds. They should not be allowed to sell on Newegg.com.

As a premier member this as supposed to ship 2 day. I ordered on the 21, and it arrived on the 28, well past Christmas. It was returned and I was charged a restocking fee. Never order from them

SYMA X5SC QUADCOPTER SPARE BATTERIES 1/5/2016 9:56:37 AM
I order a 3-pack of batteries on 12/19/15 with expedited airmail shipping, was supposed to receive a tracking number and never did. I e-mailed the company and didn't get a response. I was about to dispute the charge with my credit card company, when out of the blue the package arrived on 12/4/16. So much for expedited airmail shipping. The batteries where also poorly packaged inside of a plastic toy and dropped into a shipping bag.

Ordered product while I was out of town. Received 4 bay charger instead of the 8 bay advertised. Since it had already been three weeks from ordering when I discovered the error, I tried once to contact the company, but having no success, I just decided to keep the 4 bay charger.

Love their batteries and other products. Other than trying to contact them they have been great. I still have the question of do the batteries I buy come charged and since you won't respond to the email from newegg website, here I am giving you a bad review. Just answer my dang question. Do these Combo: 100 pcs Tenergy Premium AAA 1000mAh NiMH Rechargeable Batteries come charged? Yes or no?

I haven't tried the product out but they shipped quickly which is 1/2 the fun! Since it's not their product, I'll only update if there is an issue and I have to RMA the product. If that's the case, I'll let you know about the RMA process.

Tenergy battery's 8/7/2015 4:08:32 PM
I place my third order in 2 weeks and was shorted a 4 pack of aa battery's. Newegg informed me they couldn't do anything about it so I had to contact Tenergy directly. I ended up getting burned by a faulty battery that I charged right out of the envelope. I was told I would receive the 4 batteries that I didn't receive and would be getting a replacement for the one that failed and burned me and I would receive a few free ones. No replacement or free ones just received the original 4 that I was shorted. I called back and was told that I should received 6 batteries total instead of 4. After getting burned I guess a few free ones means one battery plus the one that failed. My 3 orders turned into 5 shipments.

I bought an RC boat. Not even a month after purchase, the motor goes. They only give a 7 day warranty so now I'm stuck with this boat. I didn't even ask for a return. All I wanted was a replacement.

After researching and placing my order I received an email stating the item was out of stock. In my account with Newegg it said I cancel my order, it doesn't matter I want be ordering from this company again. It also takes 3 to 5 days to receive your money back on your card.
