So, we opened our own company and began designing our own unique and high-quality products. You know, the kind we always wanted to see on the market but didn’t cost an arm and a leg to purchase.

I recently received my package from this seller. Sadly, it only had one of two cell phone cases which I had ordered. I left a message with the number on the invoice and have yet to receive any return contact. The case that I received is great, I only wish they had sent me my complete order the first time. Now I'm worried that there may be some sort of dispute.

Haven't received shipment and no reply from customer service even after contacting them, twice. 11/12/2015 2:11:10 PM
The customer service is very poor. I've contacted them by email several times about my product potentially being lost by USPS and haven't got a single reply acknowledging the fact. Highly unsatisfied.

This is only a comment for the seller, not against the G3 case ! I email the seller 3 time to ask for a RMA return , since i don't have the G3 phone anymore, up to now they never responded to my request, so don't buy from this seller even if i don't get my refund , it's ok

So I ordered that phone case and then found the same one on a certain other web site two times cheaper. As the case was not yet shipped, I filed a ticket via newegg asking to cancel my order. Got nothing but an automatic reply. Got my case in a week or so, and they never replied to the ticket.

Case is flimsy, does not fit correctly. Steer clear from this case and more precisely, this company. I've put in a RMA request multiple times with zero response. A loss of $10 unfortunately. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for an iPhone case. I want to spare you the headache and disappointment that you'll go through.

Rearth: Purchase and Shipping Experiences 10/3/2012 11:00:27 AM
Rearth,
The supplier of my purchase, was not a professionally and my Customer satisfaction is poor! I called them as my package/order was originally undeliverable and was being returned to them, via my tracking information. When I was finally able to make contact with Rearth, the telephone connection was poor, the Customer Service Representative was poorly experienced at handling my issue and had small children screaming in the back-round. The "Rep" insured me the problem would be corrected and my order would be reshipped with in a couple of days. I ask for new Tracking information. One week later I tried to call, no answer, the next day I called and spoke to the same Representative, another poor connection, couldn't hear most of what she said, she did tell me that they hadn't been "open for business" so it was likely that the Postal Service was unable to return my package to Rearth, therefore they had not received it, 8 days later than I was originally told it would reach destina
