Rating + 1 Poor packaging, delay in credit for returned damaged merchandise

The packaging was cheap padded mailing envelope. the earrings were OK but the gift boxes were both destroyed. Quality of product was not what expected either. It took two requests for RMA#, returned right away and they received it on Wednesday. It is Monday and I have not received the credit for the return. I will give it two more days, then contact Newegg directly. I have purchased from Newegg for many years but first and last time with this seller. I hope Newegg has some leverage over them or I will take it to the credit card issuer.

Poor customer service. Newegg representative tried to assist in cancelling order immediately after reading poor reviews. Unresponsive in trying to get return info. Insured and returned item and refund has still not been credited back to my credit card after a couple months

I wish I had read the reviews for this poor excuse of a seller before placing my order. All of the negative reviews are right on the money. The positive reviews must be from employees of the seller. The fact that Newegg promotes this seller via emails to their customers just goes to show that Newegg is clueless and doesn't care about their customers. STAY AWAY!

Rating + 1 Horrible Communication

I eventually did receive my item and they ended up giving it to me, but it took about 5 emails before I received any response regarding the order. I got a shipping notification within a day of placing my order, but the tracking number wasn't active for over a week. I eventually contacted them and after about 1 week and 5 emails finally got a message back that told me to keep the product and they would refund my money. In the end they tried to do right by me, but it was a bad overall experience.
