Hello, a refund was issued to the customer however the returned monitor was retested and found to be in working condition. The customer was also notified of the possibly defective display port on her computer.

Ordered Class B product and the outside is in pristine condition. Upon turning on the d vice and initially trying to log in and start using it ran into a couple errors. After a few YouTube videos I was able to get the laptop working flawlessly however I did not intend on having to put any work into it upon purchase. Overall the wife is happy with her first and new to her MacBook so I’m pleased :).

The machine was shipped quickly, though UPS misdirected it and was three days behind delivery. The machine arrived with the keys 'T' 'G' 'B' 'F' 'X' and '5' being unresponsive, I sprayed electirical contact cleaner on the keyboard and corrected the issue. All's well that ends well.

This is the second computer ive bought from them and both had issues. I've now wasted a month trying to find a good laptop. The first one the fan was damaged and making loud grinding noises and this one, The battery would charge but if i took it off the charger (fully charged) and went to use it a few hours later, it was already dead. I downloaded my game and couldnt even open it due to corrupted/missing files, fixed that then the scrollbar stopped working. Just frustrating to deal with.

Everything was great! I received my device on time, carefully wrapped and packed. Super happy with the price and the product upon further review in better condition than anticipated. Seller was great to deal with throughout the whole process. When the item arrived it was supposed to be a Level A refurbished Alienware laptop but it was in such great condition it looked like it was brand new. Seller was very responsive and answered any and all questions within a day of sending. Would highly recommend this seller!

However, the computer arrived with a toxic level of cigarette smoke seeping from it. Even after multiple attempts at cleaning and airing it out, it is almost unusable because of the smell.

I ordered a refurbished Asus gaming laptop which was great except after a few days it was apparent there was an issue with the battery. I got very fast responses and they tried to resolve the issue by sending me another battery before resorting to sending it back. Unfortunately there was a bigger issue, but return shipping was free and they refunded my money ASAP. I was disappointed bc everything else about the machine was great, but they handled everything very quickly. I would buy from them again.

Packaging was just bubble wrap which was probably a bit light for a system box as it was able to rattle around in the shipping box. The system arrived ok, but if it had been handled a bit more roughly it could have been damaged.

Laptop was messed up when received,could not get computer to update windows or drivers.Had to get assistance from someone who knew what they were doing.Once all was done I am pleased with product but all of this should have been done before shipping refurbished or not.

The product key for Windows was not included and the serial tag on the bottom of the laptop was missing.

Hello, all newer Windows 10 computers do not have Windows 10 product key sticker on them anymore. The product key and serial number are embedded in the motherboard and can be viewed through bios. Restart the computer and
press the F2 button repeatedly to get access to the bios menu. Thanks.

Sweet little laptop. Runs smooth and fast. Easy set up. Arrived late but only due to a snow storm. It was packaged with care. Exactly what I wanted for Uni and I'd recommend to anyone looking for a laptop with similar specs.
