Savvy Watch is committed to your satisfaction. If you have a problem or question about your order, tell us and we will make it right!
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee (excluding shipping and handling charges). If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund.

All returns, refunds and exchanges must conform to our Return Policy:
A restocking fee of $10.95 per item will apply to all returns.
Only new and unused merchandise is eligible for return. Savvy Watch does not sell used or refurbished items. A watch may only be returned if it has never been worn. Watches that show any sign of wear will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
All Savvy watches are shipped out with a uniquely numbered wristband attached. All returned items must have the original wristband intact to be considered eligible for a return. Any watch returned without a wristband will not be processed...NO EXCEPTIONS.
If a watch has been resized (e.g. - bracelet links removed) it is not eligible for return.
The watch must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging including manuals, warranty cards (blank), and any other items in the original shipment.
Please carefully package the item in appropriate shipping materials to ensure it is not damaged in shipment (e.g. - bubble wrap, tissue, peanuts) similar to the manner in which you received the item from Savvy Watch.
Write the 6-digit Ticket # on the outside of the shipping package or on the packing slip.
Unless otherwise determined by customer service, all shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Collect shipments will be refused.
Please insure your package for the value of the item purchased. In returns, all liability rests with the customer for lost or stolen items by the carrier.
Special order items are non-refundable.
Returned merchandise will be credited to your credit card. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shipped orders that are refused upon delivery by the customer will be assessed the standard $10.95 restocking fee plus an additional $35 to cover refused delivery charges assessed to Savvy Watch by the carrier.
Orders that are undeliverable due to an address error by the customer will be refunded as a return and assessed the standard $10.95 restocking fee plus an additional $15 to cover undeliverable charges assessed to Savvy Watch by the carrier.
International orders that are refused by customers are non-refundable.

1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
