RETURN POLICY

We are here for you! Customer service can be reached by email, or call. If an order issue, have your order number available (not tracking) to improve processing efficiency.

Standard Policy
• Return for direct (same) replacement, see platform policy for specifics
• Return for refund, a restocking fee may be applied: (15%)

All buttons covered by this policy “This item may be returned for a same replacement or refund within days specific to the platform where purchased” must be returned within the specified days of the invoice date for this policy to apply. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by Awesome buttons, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. (Return Merchandise Authorization). A RMA number must be included with your return, one will be generated and sent to you when a return request has been approved.

General Policy
These are Awesome buttons® (“MSE” “we” or “our”) Return Policies applicable only to products purchased by you directly from Awesome buttons.
• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
• An RMA can be obtained on the platform of purchase
• Any return for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee
• All items are inspected prior to shipping
• We do not pay return shipping costs

Products not eligible for return will be sent back at your expense:
• Any product not purchased from Awesome buttons
• Including but not limited to products with missing, altered, or otherwise damaged parts
• Items returned without original packaging and or accessories, including the white or retail box, and any other items that may have been included, such as batteries
• Any product that exhibits physical damage

International Orders
We do our best and pack properly, and ship via USPS or UPS international if they serve your area.
• Buyers are responsible for any fees, including Customs and Import Taxes that may apply
• We are not responsible for delays, and do not guaranty international shipments
Note, we no longer include batteries with international orders. Why? Customs delays, and often denies packages that contain toys with batteries. We do not provide a discount because of the omission.

Return Instruction

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history.
2. Select proper return options. Depending on the seller's return policy and return setup on Newegg, different options are available:
• Click REFUND or REPLACE to submit your request directly. Or
• Click REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER to contact seller to request refund or replacement.
3. For the option of REFUND or REPLACE. Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace. Follow the instruction to complete.
4. For the option of REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER. On the COMPOSE MESSAGE Page:
• Choose Return/Refund/Replacement from the drop down menu.
• Verify the order number and request from the Subject.
• Specify more details, including item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail), the reason for your return, and the return for replacement or refund before click SEND MESSAGE button.
5. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
6. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
7. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
