Returns Policy

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY - Please Read Carefully Before Returning Any Item

We realize that on occasion items do not work as advertised, are damaged in shipping or are otherwise not as expected. We are committed to your satisfaction regarding returned items under the following guidelines.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to determine the item's suitability for their needs.

If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for a minimum 15% restocking fee as well as all shipping costs.

The buyer is responsible to verify the item is delivered.  We accept responsibility for pursuing lost shipment claims within 7 days after delivery, even if no signature was required.  We will not be responsible for any shipment delivered per the carrier, with or without signature,  claimed lost beyond 7 days after carrier delivery. 

Defective merchandise may be returned directly to Aztek Computers within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for replacement, refund and/or repair at our sole discretion. After 30 days no returns are accepted.  Please contact the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. We can assist with this process.

If the shipment is visibly damaged, you must notify the carrier within 48 hours of delivery (preferably immediately) and contact us at the same time via email with a complete description and pictures of the damage.  If the carton is undamaged but the item is internally damaged, please follow the same process.  With monitors, TV's, Computers and other delicate items, it is important you open the item as soon as possible to confirm its condition.  Beyond seven days after delivery, no new damage claims will be honored.  We stand ready to help throughout the shipping and followup process. 

A "late delivery" is defined as an item delivered to the buyer that is beyond the end of the promised delivery window.  Any order delivered before the end of the delivery window is not late and any return of such item for thta reason will be treated as a buyer discretionary return.

Returns are accepted with the following conditions only:

Items must be returned in original packaging, including all packing materials, items, and all accessories, blank warranty card (if applicable), as supplied by manufacturer in their original condition.
Item must be packed in an outer box. Please do not put shipping labels on the original manufacturer box, bag or container.  This can damage the item and incur additional fees.
Return item shipment to Aztek Computers is at buyer expense except for DOA returns. This includes all other return reasons.  A thid party or Aztek Computers may provide a return label  - the label costs and any other related shipping charges may be deducted from your return proceeds.
All returns excluding DOA's are subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee.  This includes "No Longer Needed", "Changed Mind", "Better Price Available", Refused Shipments" or any other reason at the discretion of the buyer.
If the returned item is opened, damaged in any way, including the manufacturer box or container, or not in the original condition, additional fees up to the purchase price may apply.
We reserve the right to test items to verify the condition of the items returned.

What Cannot be Returned
We do not accept any returns on any disposable items such as batteries, film, disposable cameras, paper and toners.  We do not accept any returns of software, computer games, CD's, DVD's that are not in original, sealed condition.  During this pandemic, for the health and safety of our employees, we are unable to accept returns for any health, beauty, or men's grooming-related items.  Any DOA issues must be addressed on these items by the manufacturer warranty.

DOA - "Dead on Arrival" - device does not work at all.  Examples would be a broken screen, electronic device that does not turn on...

Return Instruction

1. Log onto your account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
