RETURN POLICY

By placing an order with Seller (BIZY) , Buyer agrees not to leave negative feedback or escalate any claim relating to Buyer’s purchase, including without limitation, by opening a chargeback, without first providing written notice to Seller and waiting a minimum of 1 business day for Seller to respond to Buyer’s written message. Seller shall respond to such inquiry through the same channel which it is received from Buyer and will do so during regular business hours (i.e. 9 am – 5 pm Mountain Time).

TORTIOUS INTERFERENCE OF PROSPECTIVE BUSINESS RELATIONS & DEFAMATION

In the event of an issue with a product or the sales process, a customer is required to engage in good faith efforts with Seller to resolve the problem prior to leaving negative feedback or disputing a charge through their credit card or bank.

Negative feedback can be extremely damaging to Seller’s future business dealings and constitutes tortious interference of prospective business relations and/or defamation. Should Buyer refuse to engage in good faith discussions with Seller’s representatives, OR should Buyer cut off discussions with Seller abruptly or unreasonably, that customer will have 72 hours from the date/time that Seller becomes aware of the tortious behavior to close the claim, close the credit card or bank dispute, or remove negative feedback. After 72 hours have passed, Seller may pursue legal action to enforce its Terms of Use and Return Policy. The customer is liable to pay for any costs associated with enforcing the Terms of Use and Return Policy, including mailing, filing, service of process, and other court costs and attorney’s fees.

Because a full determination of the damages caused by the tortious behavior may be difficult to ascertain, Buyer will be subjected to liability for liquidated damages in an amount no less than $25,000.00 per incident in legal proceedings to enforce the Terms of Use and Return Policy.

CHOICE OF LAW & JURISDICTION

Disputes arising from a Buyer’s use of the Seller’s store and any action relating to efforts by Seller to enforce these Terms of Service and Return Policy are subject to the laws of the state of Utah. Any enforcement action will be filed in any appropriate court within the state of Utah, to include small claims courts that may be convenient to Seller. Buyers who engage in business with Seller hereby unconditionally submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts of and within the state of Utah.

RETURNS AND RESTOCKING

Any product(s) returned by Buyer more than 14 days from the date of Buyer’s receipt of the product(s) are only eligible for in-store credit. Seller will not accept any claims or provide any refunds based on alleged damages to the product(s) without first requiring substantial documentary evidence and/or other proof provided by Buyer to establish that the product(s) were damaged.

NO WARRANTY

Products sold through Seller’s store are sold AS IS WITH NO WARRANTY unless specifically noted by us.

Return Instruction

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history.
2. Select proper return options. Depending on the seller's return policy and return setup on Newegg, different options are available:
• Click REFUND or REPLACE to submit your request directly. Or
• Click REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER to contact seller to request refund or replacement.
3. For the option of REFUND or REPLACE. Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace. Follow the instruction to complete.
4. For the option of REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER. On the COMPOSE MESSAGE Page:
• Choose Return/Refund/Replacement from the drop down menu.
• Verify the order number and request from the Subject.
• Specify more details, including item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail), the reason for your return, and the return for replacement or refund before click SEND MESSAGE button.
5. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
6. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
7. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
