Item, listed as slightly used/ "like new" bathroom exhaust fan, actually appeared to be a new item, just in a previously opened box, properly packed It was exactly as described, and functions perfectly. I would certainly use seller again based upon this purchase.

When I received package, there was no packing to support from miss handling. I read all instructions but the date could not be viewed it was scrambled as I programmed it . The bottom left side where the date goes is scrambled I waited a few days to see if it would straighten out but no luck. I wrote to the company and haven’t a word from the them. All I wanted was a exchange.

I ordered a six pack of brown spray paint. I received a single can. I contacted New Egg and they said they would contact the seller. They asked if I wanted a refund or the rest of my order fulfilled. I asked for the order to be fulfilled. I never heard anything back after that. I did get a refund for the paint and wasn't asked to return the single can. That is why it's not a one egg rating but I still have no idea what happened after my call. If sending a single can was a mistake why couldn't they send the rest instead of a refund? If they never had the stock in the first place why did they have it up for sale? Why send out a single can instead of contacting me?

Although they delivered on the LAST day of scheduled window delivery time, I thought, for an in-stock item, it took too long. I'll give them benefit of the doubt due to COVID-19. But other stuff ordered thru New Egg arrived within a short time period.

Ordered "2/PACK HEATHCO HZ5651-AL 65W CFL SECURITY LIGHT W/PHOTO", Item #9SIAAU992K7757 Seller apparently cant count to TWO and is now refusing all contact and avoiding resolution. Sent one light and arrived quick now seller refusing to respond to email from me and N/E. Looks like the vendor has a habit of this also, attempting to rip people off this way. I'm going to cancel my payment now until N/E straightens this mess with their vendor out. This is not my fault i shouldn't have to be the one to work this mess out.

I ordered a switch, a big switch in a metal box, just like the picture. They send a little fuse. Their monosyllabic answer makes me think they do this on purpose. Advertise something cheap, ship the wrong thing and hope the customer doesn't go through the hassle of returning it since they put the return on you, the customer. Hopefully this review will help others avoid the same mistake/seller.
