Damaged on delivery, Cheetah sales group unreachable

I received the refurbished Surface Pro 4 and it was damaged. The shipping box was in good shape with no outside damage. The computer had been packed inside of a bubble wrap envelope. When unboxing I found that the computer had a small crack in the corner of the screen. I requested an RMA and shipped it back to be replaced. Almost a month later I am out my money and a computer. I had a very difficult time trying to contact Cheetah sales group. When I pressed Newegg for a resolution, I was told to wait for an email from Cheetah sales group. Here it is: Unfortunately upon inspecting the item we can confirm the item was not damaged in transit. We can clearly see this was accidental damage, therefore we cannot admit the return. Please see attached photos depicting the device was hit with a sharp object. Kindly ask the customer if he would like us to return the item. I have contacted Newegg to help resolve the issue. I still have been unable to reach Cheetah sales group.

“A rated” refurbished display was DEFECTIVE

I bought a refurbished LG display from Cheetah, model 32MU99-W. It was marked as manufacturer refurbished and in A condition. It arrived to me on time and was in its original retail packaging and plastic, which was nice. However, I turned on the display to find green and red vertical lines through the center. This happened before any source was plugged in, so clearly a panel issue. The box wasn’t damaged or anything, so it wasn’t the courier’s fault either. Clearly there is some poor quality control going on at Cheetah. I would be wary of this seller.

I wouldn't recommend this seller. The product I received was not as advertised, so I had to process a return. They never responded to my return so Newegg customer support had to handle everything. Cheetah sales even went so far as to make me pay for return shipping and a restock fee, even though the product received was falsely advertised. This whole thing dragged on far too long and I'll never buy from Newegg Marketplace again - only directly from Newegg.

Beware of battery!

Fitbit works fine but you have to recharge it about every 36-48 hours! Can not even get 2 full days off a full charge. Have a older one (4 years old) with a bad band but stays charged 4 or 5 days still!

Stay away from this seller at all costs- go pay a few dollars elsewhere. His description sounded good but he neglected to included that the “new cutting edge” router was actually discontinued about 5 years ago(It didn’t even come in a Belkin box, just a plain white box inside a shipping bag and the install CD appeared to be a burned or bootleg copy and he had put adhesive over the serial # to where I could only five Belkin the model #)-Belkin didn’t even want to help me troubleshoot it because it’s so old but they felt bad for me because I had been done so wrong. After trouble shooting it with Belkin it was determined the router was defective- not to mention the seller shipped a router with software in a plastic bag with a very thing layer of protection so an antenna was broken when i got it. I contacted Newegg and informed them and they reached out to the seller but he didn’t reply. They did this 2 more times(I Think) before opening a claim and he still didn’t reply. My claim was finally approved but only because Newegg offers protection from rip off artists like this seller. I honestly feel like this guy knows he’s selling old junk as new and he’s just hoping a few people don’t take the time to file a claim so that he can earn some $ off of a trash product. I understand all products have some bad apples but his history clearly shows a pattern of this- I only wish I had seen it before. I wouldn’t be nearly as upset if the seller would have replied but he chose to ignore EVERY SINGLE MESSAGE AND CLAIM FOR OVER A WEEK. Now I’m stuck waiting 2-3 weeks for a rerun which will put the whole ordeal right around 5 weeks that this “seller” has wasted of my time without even so much as a “I’m sorry”. I hope Newegg removes him from their market because he has no business being there. Seriously, whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER- JUNK AND BROKEN PRODUCTS AND HE IGNORES ALL MESSAGES. 0 stars, DONT RECOMMEND, STAY FAR FAR AWAY... WORST SELLER EVER!

I ordered a new Astro A40 headset with the mix amp. It arrived when it was scheduled to. However, it was a refurbished product, and the mix amp wouldn’t power on. I tried several different cords and USB ports that were definitely functional, and it still wouldn’t turn on. I put in a return request the same day I received the headset/mix amp package. It has been two weeks, and I still have not heard back from the seller. Overall, I have not been happy with this experience, and I will be contacting Newegg soon.
