We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return most of merchandize for a replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase except the tablets which are 15 days.
Our guarantee doesn't cover damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it for a repair or replacement in 30 days.
For dead on arrival or arrives in damaged returns, you must submit Return Request via Newegg within 48 hours you received the items, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim form and send it to us, ask them to send it back, or simply reject the delivery when arrives. We don't accept such returns over the 48 hours except you provide the proof that this is not your remorse.
We reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 20 percent of the product sales price and exclude the shipping fees if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned items that is damaged through customer misuse, is used, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged up to 50 percent restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Returning or Exchanging Items
For any reason of return or exchange, you need to ship it back at your cost.
You must have a proof of purchase (store receipt, gift receipt, shipping invoice, or member purchase history) for all returns and exchanges.
Items must be in original condition and packing's for a return or exchange. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or completed to the Super Digital Store Returns Department, it will be returned at your expense.
We will not accept returns of any items more than 30 days of purchase.
Returns and Exchanges by Mail
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Super Digital Store is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.
If a customer returns merchandise that does not meet conditions of the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
You must return the items within three business days since you receive the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) authorizations being issued to you.
We need 3-10 business days to process the replace/refund when returns received. The original shipping fee is not refundable.
The refund will be credited into your Newegg account, Newegg will credit it to your bank or credit card that you used. We're out of control of that between your Newegg account and bank accounts.
All returns must have your Order Number and the return reasons, otherwise Super Digital Store Return Department will be unable to recognize and process your return in time.
After the orders been shipped, we are unable to acontrol the shipment, cancel the orders or change the address. It's buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and receive them when arrived. If the order delivery is refused, the order bill won't be refunded.
For international buyers, you need to pay the import duties & taxes at your costs.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
