They gave Newegg the wrong shipping info so I saw my package get delivered 1000miles from where I live. I emailed them and got no response so I contacted Newegg to help resolve and got no where with Newegg after initial call. Lucky for me my order showed up the very next day. So minus 1 egg for poor customer service, and 4 eggs for getting me what I ordered quickly.

I ordered 2 16gb RAM cards since the slots in my motherboard max out at 16gb but instead received 1 32gb card. I was away from home staying with family when the order arrived so by the time I got home the return period had expired. Regardless, they should have shipped me the correct part. False advertising and poor service

Seller gave me a tracking number which went to another city in my state. When contacted, the seller responded a few days later with a tracking number going to a different state. I responded to this but didn't hear back. I did finally receive the package, but it was a hassle. Oh and if I were to return it I would only get like 30% of the price back. It's also concerning that these tracking number errors seem to be common. I hope those people either got their packages or all money back. I asked Newegg to review the seller as they seem... kinda sketchy...

Communications are nearly non-existent. Item was shipped to the wrong address and they blamed the carrier. HIGHLY unlikely that the carrier would deliver to an address 500 miles from mine. I asked for a replacement to be sent to ME. So far, crickets.

The seller sent my package to a different address. My details were correct when I ordered, but they messed up. I received a refund 2 weeks after contacting the seller about the incorrect shipping. Seller sent Item to address not on invoice in town nowhere near me. When asked to replace missing item due to their mistake they refunded the item because it was now worth an additional 150% markup. Shop somewhere else even if it is more money.

My order was delivered over 150 miles away, I had to reach out to find out what had happened, they did fix it but, the fact the name of the city was wrong the address was wrong etc, would make me VERY hesitant to use them again.

No trouble swapping out my old 1TB WD drive for this new one. (The old one had developed a number of problems that prevented a successful backup but were fixed by a freeware app named DiskGenius, although it took almost 48 straight hours. But I didn't trust the drive any longer, so continued with its replacement.) Did a restore from a backup backup and it has been working fine for the month or so I've been using it.
