Good, but some stuff to point out

Overall the item was great, highly recommend. However. They didn’t ship the item out till about 5 days later. And they didn’t contact me back when I contacted them twice. Other than it was alright!

DO NOT buy this chair, last just over the 30 day warranty, then broke

First of all the chair arrived with the foot rest broken along with missing some of the bolts to assemble the chair. I did manage to make contact with the seller, who sent a second package with a foot rest replacement along with the missing bolts (the only positive thing during this transaction). After replacing the broken parts all was good until about 1.5 months out, after the warranty expired, then the back rest broke. So after 1.5 months of use my chair is now unusable! I attempted to contact the seller a second time, but was meet with no answer. Everything from the seat down seems to be sturdy and fine, however if you look at the backrest it is super thin and flimsy. For a chair with a 350 pound weight limit I think they need to rethink the cheap backrest.

Item as described, easy to assemble, no problems with the armrests being loose. they are nice and tight. Kinda concerned about the seat padding but other than that. It's cloud nine compared to the chair I replaced. It does NOT have a tilt option. Instead it reclines. Might take some getting use too, but when you recline and use the footrest, I can live without the tilt. I'm 6ft , 210 pounds and find the chair comfortable. The foot rest extends to about the back of my calves, more than enough for support. i Had my previous chair for over 20 years. I hope this one will give it a run for it for my money.

It would of been better to have a option for height. It's a little short on the back rest and if they had other options on height I may had gone with a bigger size. Besides that the chair is great.

Horrible! WORST EVER!

Would not recommend seller to anyone and would suggest you remove them from your site. Item was a Christmas gift which I never received. Was shipped to someone else's house in a different state. I live in Illinois and it was delivered to Tennessee. They claim they could do nothing about it. Item was then out of stock so could not overnight my item to me. When it was refunded, I was refunded less than I paid. To try and get things all resolved took about 6 hours of my time to end up with nothing. My time is more valuable than this company. I have ordered with Newegg before and this whole experience has left me with second thoughts of ordering from you again. Having to spend 6 hours of my time at the holiday season when time is precious, with nothing resolved in the direction of me having a gift to give to an important person in my life for Christmas day is inexcusable! Newegg just said they were sorry with no offer of a resolution except to say they have to contact the seller. Then to be issued an incorrect refund was just beyond unbelievable after all I had already gone through. Try contacting your customer service after the holidays to resolve that and be on hold for almost an hour before speaking with a live person, and then the customer service person having to ask someone else on how to handle it. That phone conversation took over 2 hours. I get that this is a third party seller but you allow them to sell under your name on your website so you also have an obligation to the buyer. The only reason I found them as the seller was because of your website. In your seller review tips you state that if you want to leave a critical rating or/and comment, make sure that you've given the third-party seller every chance to resolve your issue first. Well I did not order something through their website, I ordered through Newegg. When I called Newegg I was not told to contact them. I was told that Newegg would contact them, which I had appreciated at the time. All Elecwish did was to then send me an email stating that since the merchandise was out of stock and would not be available for two weeks they were going to issue a refund. I answered back to the email that I would be willing to wait the two weeks and that if the amount indicated was going to be my refund that it was incorrect. So they were told then that they were refunding the wrong amount and still did nothing about it. In my eyes the merchandise was not out of stock, it was at the wrong house. I still do not understand how it got shipped to Tennessee in the first place. I rechecked my order information and no where on the information was Hohenwald, TN. It has my address in Illinois as the shipping address. I ordered something that was in stock and the company sent it to someone else. I was on the phone within the hour after I received notification that it had just been delivered. Why at that point can't the company that delivered it go back to pick the item back up and get it delivered to the correct place. You have the technology to let a customer know that a package has been delivered at almost the exact time it was delivered but not the ability to rectify an incorrect shipping! My item was in stock! So as an overall experience all I can say is that it left a lot to be desired! It was HORRIBLE!
