Delivered to another state. Contacted the seller and they responded quickly and sent a new package quickly as well. Customer service is sometimes everything even after a small mistake. I'd buy from them again.

When I and several other people made purchases around the same time something went wrong. I emailed them and they resolved the issue. Stuff is bound to go wrong, how it's fixed is what's important. I don't have a problem. I got my purchase a little bit late...but i got it after what appears to have been a major glitch...Kudos for fixing it Empire and getting my purchase to me fast after the issue was discovered.

Initial shipment sent to wrong address. Seller shipped a replacement item which was received. Item works as expected when it was received but the initial error caused about two weeks' delay in getting product. Newegg intervened and followed up well.

Total failure to address customer issues

This seller has been horrible to work with and has still not refunded me for an item that was returned to them according to the RMA process. According to the post office the item was delivered to them on April 20th - two weeks ago but no refund has been issued. This is AFTER refusing to cancel the order when I asked them the day before it was shipped. Their reply was that it had shipped but tracking clearly showed it had not left their premises. While I love Newegg I don't think I will ever trust a third party again...and definitely not Empire.

My order was marked as shipped a week after I placed it. I waited another week after that (2 weeks total when the estimated delivery time was 1 week from the order) but nothing arrived. Upon trying to track the package with the provided tracking number, I was informed by Fedex that it wasn't even a valid number. This was intensely frustrating as I needed the part to work on a project and had to delay it while I ordered from another vendor. The only thing I can even say about this seller that isn't negative is that I got a refund the day after contacting them.
