RETURN POLICY

EVERCROSS Standard Return Policy
With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.
If something doesn’t work out, you can send items back within 30 days of delivery.(By our return label)

Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
1.Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
2.Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
3.We will refund the full cost of the merchandise if the return is a result of our error or defective product(Not cover the return fee which send from the customer themself. We will provide the pre-paid return label ).
4.Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
5.We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item. We award a partial refund for opened or used products.

If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:

Sending you replacement parts or accessories
Replacing the product or
Issue a refund

If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued

And we did not cover the shipping fee which send by the customer themself, and the other situation is return did not notice the seller first.

Did you miss the 30-day return window? Great news! You may still start a return after 30 days, but you may get a partial refund depending on the following:

Condition of the merchandise
Cost of the original and/or return shipping charges deduction from your refund
If we send you a replacement item, we need to receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days of you starting the return process. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement.
Please contact EVERCROSS Customer Service if you need to return an item outside the 30 return time frame.

Return Instruction

When you return an item, you may see different return options available. To request:
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history.
2. Select proper return options. Depending on the seller's return policy and return setup on Newegg, different options are available:
• Click REFUND or REPLACE to submit your request directly. Or
• Click REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER to contact seller to request refund or replacement.
3. For the option of REFUND or REPLACE. Select the item(s) you wish to return or replace. Follow the instruction to complete.
4. For the option of REQUEST RETURN FROM SELLER. On the COMPOSE MESSAGE Page:
• Choose Return/Refund/Replacement from the drop down menu.
• Verify the order number and request from the Subject.
• Specify more details, including item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail), the reason for your return, and the return for replacement or refund before click SEND MESSAGE button.
5. It will take up to 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry after Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry.
6. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instruction through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before shipping your return merchandise back.
7. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
