I would NOT RECCOMEND this company to anyone. They never answered my emails that I sent them through your site. I sent 2 First one I asked them about the base to see if they thought it would fit, and the second one asking them if they had or could find me a base that would fit. Then they got indignant when I had to return the product because it did not work for my computer. Will never do business with them or your company again.

The supposed brand new hard drive case was not what I would consider new. Purchased an identical from a local and the case was as new as should be. I was unable to load the new licencesd win 10 on this drive. Unlike the earlier drive replacement on another pc.

The board was exactly what I ordered except it did not work. All attempts at contacting Newegg for help has failed. I learned a valuable lesson about this company's reliability. I don't trust their products now.

I would recommend this seller to others but some of the customer service reps need to be a little more helpful. I had to call because I believed that one of my purchases was being sent to the wrong destination but it turns out that I was assigned the wrong tracking number for my SmartPost package. Both items came and I have installed both and it is working well.

I will NEVER purchase another product with New Egg... EVER! People are shocked as to why so many people buy with another competitor that's similar to "Amazing"... this is why. It took 2 weeks to send a single item. Each time I contact customer service, the agent was clueless about the situation. Didn't know when it actually shipped, when it would arrive, why the website didn't update, and the list goes on. New Egg... you just lost a client for life!
