We go to great lengths to try and ensure that all our products are authentic and that all packages are sent out in perfect condition. To ensure your safety, all our packages are photographed and recorded before they are sealed. We go this extra mile to ensure that your package is the way you ordered it - this time and every time in the future. You will never have to worry about what you will receive and about whether it was shipped to you properly or not. Upon request, we can send you the images so that you know what to expect in the mail, before you get it.

Return policy

We offer hassle-free returns within 60 days of purchase on almost all items other than cosmetics, creams and solid deodorants. For hygienic reasons, we cannot offer returns on such items since they are applied through direct contact.

If, for any reason, any item other than a cosmetic, cream or a solid deodorant is not eligible for a return, the fact will be explicitly mentioned in the item's full description.

If, however, there is an issue with an item that does not fall within our return policy, please do contact us directly before leaving any feedback/opening a chargeback. We will try our best to resolve this issue in any way we can.

Merchandise must be returned in its original, unopened and unused condition for a full refund. If an item is returned in damaged, defective, opened or used condition, a 15% minimum restocking fee will be charged.

The exact amount of the restocking fee will depend on the extent to which the product is used and/or damaged. You can get an exact quote on the restocking fee before returning the item by sending us pictures of the item.

Your returns are covered through Paypal’s customer protection policies since all our payments are processed through Paypal.

If there is damage to an item during transit, you must let us know within 48 hours of receiving the item (beginning at the time when your item is marked as being “delivered” by USPS). If pictures are provided, we will arrange for a free replacement with a return, a replacement without a return, a partial refund or a full refund depending upon the circumstances. Please communicate with us in such cases, and do not throw away the product even if it is damaged. We will work with you to ensure the best possible resolution.

If your item is lost during transit, we will send you another. If we are out of stock, we will fully refund you.

If an incorrect item is sent, we will completely cover the cost of replacement/return. We will even expedite the shipment of the correct item to you (3 day shipping).

Although shipping is free on all orders, if an order needs to be resent after being returned to us because of an incorrect shipping address or because it was left unclaimed, there will be an additional $6.00 charge for the reshipment. If a refund is requested in such cases, a $6.00 restocking fee will be charged.

We do not take any responsibility for items that are stolen after delivery. Please contact your local authorities/neighborhood watch in such cases.

A Rude Seller Asserts I Got What I Ordered (when that is wholly wrong)

This seller sent an email in reply to my message that they sent me the wrong fragrance. It was incredibly rude and curt, purporting that I had gotten what ordered, when what I ordered was categorized under Men's Fragrances, but what I received was the Women's Fragrance. When it came to returns, the seller was unwilling to allow the return, despite the error in categorizing the women's fragrance as that of the men's fragrance. To make matters even worse, when the seller was told to authorize the return, the seller had the audacity to expect me to pay return shipping. Pardon me? This seller foolishly thinks I am obligated to return the item they shipped which was not the item I ordered. WRONG. I am not obligated to return the item, although you can ask that I do. You are immediately obligated to refund my money since you shipped me the wrong item, or you are obligated to replace it with the right item which I ordered. I could keep the wrong item if I so wished, but I was kind enough to offer to send it back to you. I was even polite enough to actually send it back to you, despite your incredibly rude and very foolish conduct. Then, rather than refund my money when I shipped the thing back, you expect me to wait until you receive it? And, you also selected the shipping service with the longest possible time it would take to get it to you, to cause you to further delay my refund? Excuse me? Then, after finally agreeing with Newegg to issue my refund on its arrival, it arrives and you don't bother to do what you agreed to do with Newegg? You don't recognize your obligation to return the money of mine that you are not entitled to hold? Oh! No, you didn't. Now, you have not only greatly offended me and imposed upon my kindness and patience to the extent you have certainly since done. Now, you have left me enraged, and determined to see to it that your potential customers know all about this ordeal you've put me through. SHAME ON YOU. In today's world, the Internet can provide instantaneous karma that doesn't require me to wait any longer than it takes me to write and post this harsh but perfectly accurate review you've earned for yourself. You have no business being in any business of any kind. And, this is precisely why you probably won't have a lot more business once people learn about your grossly deplorable, illegal, and fraudulent conduct during this shopping experience. TO ALL POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF Fragrances4ever, I URGE YOUR RECONSIDERATION: SEEK A DIFFERENT SELLERr for your fragrance and wisely choose one whose reviews by customers do not remotely parallel my experience with this transaction, a transaction that has improperly, illegally and unfairly dragged on now for more than 16 days without my refund being provided at the close of 16 days since initial order, some 10 contacts to customer service taking 15 to 45 minutes each contact, and despite my patience with imbecility having long since been exhausted. Rancid perfume and return nightmares

The perfume I bought was rancid. Still haven't very able to return because they "can't" attack a return shipping label. This is ridiculous. Do not order from here.

The seller is not describing or showing the actual item being sold (tester vs. normal retail product). Would not buy again from this seller for this reason. They offered a refund, but I wouldn't need it if they were more truthful in their advertising.

Great seller. I bought a perfume that was cheaper than other sites because it wasn't in a box. I didn't care because it was for me but when it arrived, not only was it in a box but a sealed box. I would definitely recommend this seller to everyone.
