As an educational institute we are tax exempt. It took almost 3 weeks of emails and phone calls before I was put in contact with someone who actually knew what was going on.

I spent 4 hours digging through mice (in-stock filter on) to find the one I wanted. After I placed my order I received an email from the seller telling me the mouse is no longer available and offering a substitute. The substitute IS NOT acceptable to me, I spent 4 hours picking a specific mouse, I wanted that specific mouse. I responded to the email to say so, and requested they cancel/refund the order if the mouse I ordered is out of stock. Next day, they charged my card anyway and created the tracking number and shipping info. I thought for sure they must've found one and it was on the way. Fast forward a week, package hasn't moved since the label was created and I get another email asking if I'd take the substitute. I responded again to tell them to cancel/refund the order AND went into my order status to see if I can cancel/request refund myself. Turns out, I need the item to be delivered to return it so my hands are tied. I am stuck waiting on the seller to understand what "No substitute, cancel/refund the order" means. I hope they figure it out soon and either find the mouse I ordered and send it or cancel the order...I have a feeling they're going to send the substitute out regardless of what I say. This is my first time buying from any third party seller on newegg and it has not been pleasant.

I was charged for product Oct. 13. About the time I should have received item, I tracked item and found out it had been returned to sender (what??). An email to your customer service only resulted in telling me "new order number" with no way to track. I am very unhappy to say the least. WHAT IS GOING ON??

I ordered 2 cameras and one stopped working completely after only a few minutes. I would need to return both and wait even longer which I feel doesn’t make sense. I would not recommend this item.

Friendship Shop shipped faster than expected. Best price on Newegg for a two way HDMI + USB switch. The product works as described. The "manual" is about what you'd expect, might as well not have one. I will order from these guys again.

While I was given a tracking number it showed some unusual delays or long transport times. Guessing they used a small company for the expediting and transport so waiting for a full load or multiple stops delayed the arrival.
