RETURN POLICY
The following items are not eligible for refunds (replacement only):
Opened video games, software, DVDs, and Blu-rays
Unlocked phones
Software with visible license key on the outside of the packaging
Refurbished/Used products are not eligible for refund
Opened consumable items, such as ink, toner, CD/DVD Media, Paper Products, etc are not eligible for return at all.
The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you:
Any product that returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals & other paper materials, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
Any product that does not have matching serial number to the one printed on the retail box.
Any product that found to be damaged due to physical abuse or misuse.
Any product that exhibits physical damage.
Any product that missing UPC on the retail box (for mail-in rebate purposes).
Any product that returned with markings or writings made by customer on the original box.
Any opened media products, such as video games, software, DVDs, Blu-rays, blank media, etc.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, either for a refund or replacement.
Dead/Damaged On Arrival (DOA) items must be claimed within 72 hours of delivery date.
Lost or non-receipt package must be claimed within 72 hours of delivery date.
All returns must be sent within 14 business days after we approved your return request, or after our first response to your return request, whichever is sooner.
All returns must be approved with an RMA. Returns without RMA will not be processed.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If the item ordered offered with Free Shipping has to be returned due to customer's will (no longer needed/wanted), a flat rate $3.99 fee per item (plus applicable sales tax) will be deducted from the refund to cover our shipping cost.
Warranty cards must be empty (not filled up).
All returns must include a copy of Amazon.com order receipt.
Serial number on the unit must match the serial number on the box, on the warranty card, as well as in our record.
Any sticker on the unit that may void warranty if broken, must still intact (not broken).
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
We are not responsible for loss or damage items in return transit.
Brand new products come with manufacturer's warranty. Refurbished products come with manufacturer's warranty. If you have problem(s) with the item you received, please contact the manufacturer first. Most technical issues are able to be resolved over the phone or on a chat forum by the tech support.
We process returns on Sat-Sun, the refund or replacement should be processed within the following Mo-Wed.
1. Log onto your Newegg.com account and find your order in order history, click on 'Request RMA from Seller' Button next to the order information.
2. On 'Compose Message Page', verify the order number you want to request return on the top of the page, choose 'RMA Inquiry' from the drop down menu, provide the item# (you can find on your order invoice e-mail) and the reason you want to return, and indicate you want to return for replacement or refund before click 'send message' button.
3. Once our Customer Service Representatives receive your inquiry, it will take us 24 - 48 hours to respond to your inquiry.
4. Once our Customer Service has verified your order information and approved for you to send the merchandise back to us, you will be provided with Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your return through e-mail. The e-mail contains RMA number, RMA details and important return shipping instruction. Read the instruction carefully before you ship your return merchandise back to us.
5. We strongly recommend you return your item in the same or similar packaging as they were delivered to you with all the original parts, accessories and menu/documentation included (any missing parts or accessories may result your return being rejected or your refund/replacement being delayed). Re-using the package your item came in is acceptable, as long as the packaging is in good condition and all previous addresses, tracking information and labels are removed.
